GREG SAWERS is the chief executive officer and a co-founder of Evercore Asset Management. Prior to forming EAM, Mr. Sawers was the global head of equity research and head of U.S. equities at Credit Suisse Asset Management. Prior to his role at CSAM, Mr. Sawers worked at Sanford C. Bernstein & Co., Inc. where he held a variety of positions, most recently as portfolio manager of the firm’s $20 billion Growth and Income portfolio. Previously, he was the head of buy-side equity research at Bernstein where he was responsible for managing a staff of over 50 analysts and associates, as well as serving as a member of the firm’s Investment Policy Group. Before that, he served as research director and chief investment officer of the firm’s $1.5 billion Small-Cap Value product. Mr. Sawers started his career at Bernstein in 1987 as a sell-side analyst covering telecommunications. Mr. Sawers earned a B.S. in International Affairs from Georgetown University and an M.B.A from Harvard University.
|  | | ANDREW MOLOFF is the chief investment officer and a co-founder of Evercore Asset Management. Prior to forming EAM, Mr. Moloff was the head of global equity research and head of U.S. equity portfolio management at Citigroup Asset Management. Before that, he was the chief investment officer and director of research for U.S. small- and mid-cap value equities at Sanford C. Bernstein & Co., Inc. He oversaw $1.5 billion for institutional clients in the firm’s Small-Cap Value portfolio, as well as $1 billion of institutional and retail assets in the firm’s Small- & Mid-Cap Value portfolio, a product he conceived and launched in 2000. Mr. Moloff initially joined Bernstein as a buy-side equity analyst, and also has four years of management consulting experience. Mr. Moloff earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. |  | GAIL LANDIS is the head of marketing & client service and a co-founder of Evercore Asset Management. Prior to forming EAM, Ms. Landis was a managing director and head of distribution for the Americas at Credit Suisse Asset Management. Before joining CSAM, Ms. Landis spent 21 years at Sanford C. Bernstein & Co., Inc. where most recently she was a managing director leading the firm’s global consultant development activities. Ms. Landis initially joined Bernstein in 1981 as a sell-side equity analyst covering electrical equipment. She subsequently had a number of buy-side investment roles, including small-cap and large-cap portfolio manager working with Greg Sawers and Andrew Moloff. Ms. Landis earned a B.A. in East Asian Studies from Boston University and an M.B.A. from New York University.
|  | MARGOT NONES is the chief operating officer and a co-founder of Evercore Asset Management responsible for operations, compliance and technology. Prior to forming EAM, Ms. Nones was a managing director and head of operations for the Americas with UBS Global Asset Management. At UBS she restructured and had oversight for the institutional and high net worth operations in the U.S. and Canada. Prior to UBS, Ms. Nones was head of investment operations at Sanford C. Bernstein & Co., Inc. During her tenure at Bernstein, Ms. Nones partnered with IT to create the investment operations infrastructure supporting the company’s growth. Ms. Nones began her career at Bernstein in 1983 as head of performance analytics. Ms. Nones earned her B.A. in Art History from Connecticut College and an M.B.A. from Clark University.

 | MICHAEL BECKERMAN is a research analyst. Prior to joining EAM, Mr. Beckerman was a senior equity analyst at Brown Brothers Harriman, where he covered the financial services industry and was a member of the management team for the BBH Value Portfolio. Previously, he worked as a management consultant at Stern Stewart & Co. and was a sell-side equity analyst at Credit Suisse First Boston on the financial services coverage team. He began his career at Standard and Poor's in a research role covering various industries. Mr. Beckerman earned a B.S. in Finance, cum laude from Rutgers University and holds an M.B.A. with Beta Gamma Sigma honors from Columbia Business School. | | | JASON DOCTOR is a research analyst. Prior to joining EAM, Mr. Doctor was an equity analyst at Viking Global Investors, where he covered global industrials. Previously, he worked as an equity analyst at Citigroup Asset Management (now part of Legg Mason), where he worked with Andrew Moloff following European utilities, capital goods and building products. Prior to having coverage responsibility he was a junior member of a management team responsible for a $7 billion institution large-cap value product. Mr. Doctor graduated from Georgetown University with a B.S. in International Economics. He is a CFA charterholder. | | | JEFF JOHNSON is a research analyst. Prior to joining EAM, Mr. Johnson was an equity analyst and portfolio manager at Citigroup Asset Management (now part of Legg Mason), where he worked with Andrew Moloff. At Citigroup, he most recently covered the healthcare industry and was co-manager of a $1 billion institutional equity portfolio. Additionally he was a member of the management team responsible for a $2 billion institutional global equity portfolio. Prior to having coverage responsibility for the healthcare industry, he covered the consumer sector. Mr. Johnson previously worked at Bear Stearns in investment banking and began his business career as a management consultant at Braxton Associates. Mr. Johnson graduated cum laude from Dartmouth College with a B.A. in History and received an M.B.A. with Distinction from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. | | BRINTON MOORE joined Evercore Asset Management in January 2007 as a sales associate. Prior to joining EAM, he worked as an internal sales consultant for AllianceBernstein’s subadvisory wholesale team, responsible for servicing relationships in the variable annuity internal wholesaling community. Prior to that, he worked as an associate in the firm’s subadvisory relationship management team supporting all aspects of the group’s business development including compliance, marketing, relationship management and sales. Mr. Moore received a B.S. summa cum laude in Finance from Quinnipiac University, where he received the Beta Gamma Sigma and Wall Street Journal awards for academic excellence in his class.
| | ANDREW RONDEPIERRE is a vice president of marketing and business development. Prior to joining EAM, Mr. Rondepierre was a vice president of product management and marketing at Credit Suisse Asset Management, responsible for producing retail marketing and institutional client servicing material. Prior to CSAM, Mr. Rondepierre worked for 10 years at Sanford C. Bernstein and Co., Inc. as a vice president in institutional sales and marketing and operations management roles. Mr. Rondepierre received a B.S. in Journalism from the University of Maryland.
| | | STEVEN SIEGLER is a vice president of institutional sales and consultant relations. Prior to joining EAM, Mr. Siegler spent almost five years at Credit Suisse Asset Management in a variety of sales and marketing roles. Most recently, he was a part of the firm’s institutional business development group responsible for relationships with the pension consultant community. Previously, he worked for JP Morgan, with responsibilities in client relationship management and business development in both its private banking and asset management divisions. Mr. Siegler started his career at the money management firm of Martin Zweig. Mr. Siegler received a B.A. in Marketing from the University of Maryland and an M.B.A. in Finance from Fordham University. | |
